Specifically designed for high-performance training, the M5001's converging vertical press targets the full range of pectoral muscles, mimicking the movement achieved during a conventional bench press by pushing from a lower and guided point. Additionally, it offers a natural movement that significantly reduces the risk of injury and allows for balanced pressing movements.
