To change weights, remove the pin, select the rail with the corresponding weight chart, then insert the pin completely into the desired slot. That's it, you're ready to lift weights. Urethane-coated steel plates ensure smooth, quiet performance.
This expandable (EXP) model starts at 50 lbs (22.7 kg) per dumbbell and can be expanded with 2 kits. One kit adds 9 kg (30 lbs) to each dumbbell, so Phase 2 weighs up to 31.7 kg (5-70) and Phase 3 up to 40.8 kg (5-90).
This is a great option for anyone who wants their set to grow with them.
The handle element contains two additional cylindrical weights that can be used to fine tune the workout load.
