To change weights, remove the pin, select the rail with the corresponding weight chart, then insert the pin completely into the desired slot. That's it, you're ready to lift weights. Urethane-coated steel plates ensure smooth, quiet performance.
This expandable model (EXP) replaces 22 pairs of dumbbells or 714.5 kg of free weights and can be supplemented with a kit. A kit adds 9 kg to each dumbbell, so Stage 3 (5-90) can weigh up to 40.8 kg.
This is a great option for anyone who wants their set to grow with them.
The handle element contains two additional cylindrical weights that can be used to fine tune the workout load.
