Steelflex plate i-loaded hip truster plht-br
When gluteal exercise becomes a trend at fitness, the plht is ideal for fully involving the hips. The waist harness locks the user in place and promotes safety and stability during the hip bridging movement. The upper back padding supports the spine and a wide foot platform allows users to adjust stride width to meet different athletic needs.
